The Earth's location relative to the Sun when O was born

That magical alignment will occur... in a time that I will now calculate. According to Mark Clark, O was born 5 hours before the arrival of September. Therefore, he was born on August 31 at 7:00 P.M. BUT... we must consider the 1/4th of a day at the end of each year. Unfortunately, I do not know which year he was born in. Therefore, both possibilities shall be posted. If he was born in 1998, then the alignment will occur tomorrow... at around 3:00 A.M. If he was born in 1997, then it will occur at 9:00 A.M. If anyone has his exact birthyear, feel free to post it. I just remembered to post O on the page of members. I must do so now. BYE!!!!!
